 ki-chalu ve'ashan yamay;    ve'atzmotay, kemoked nicharu

102 - 5  הוּכָּה-כָעֵשֶׂב וַיִּבַשׁ לִבִּי:    כִּי-שָׁכַחְתִּי, מֵאֲכֹל לַחְמִי

 hukah-cha'esev vayivash libi:    ki-shachachtti, me'achol lachmi

102 - 6  מִקּוֹל אַנְחָתִי--    דָּבְקָה עַצְמִי, לִבְשָׂרִי

 mikkol anchati--    davekah atzmi, livsari

102 - 7  דָּמִיתִי, לִקְאַת מִדְבָּר;    הָיִיתִי, כְּכוֹס חֳרָבוֹת

 damiti, lik'at midbar;    hayiti, kechos choravot

102 - 8  שָׁקַדְתִּי וָאֶהְיֶה--    כְּצִפּוֹר, בּוֹדֵד עַל-גָּג

 shakadtti va'ehyeh--    ketzipor, boded al-gag

102 - 9  כָּל-הַיּוֹם, חֵרְפוּנִי אוֹיְבָי;    מְהוֹלָלַי, בִּי נִשְׁבָּעוּ

 kal-hayom, cherefuni oyevay;    meholalay, bi nishba'u

102 - 10  כִּי-אֵפֶר, כַּלֶּחֶם אָכָלְתִּי;    וְשִׁקֻּוַי, בִּבְכִי מָסָכְתִּי

 ki-efer, kallechem achaletti;    veshikkuvay, bivchi masachetti

102 - 11   מִפְּנֵי-זַעַמְךָ וְקִצְפֶּךָ--    כִּי נְשָׂאתַנִי, וַתַּשְׁלִיכֵנִי

  mipenei-za'amcha vekitzpecha--    ki nesa'tani, vattashlicheni

102 - 12   יָמַי, כְּצֵל נָטוּי;    וַאֲנִי, כָּעֵשֶׂב אִיבָשׁ

  yamay, ketzel natuy;    va'ani, ka'esev ivash

102 - 13   וְאַתָּה יְהוָה, לְעוֹלָם תֵּשֵׁב;    וְזִכְרְךָ, לְדֹר וָדֹר

  ve'attah Adonai, le'olam teshev;    vezichrecha, ledor vador

102 - 14   אַתָּה תָקוּם, תְּרַחֵם צִיּוֹן:    כִּי-עֵת לְחֶנְנָהּ, כִּי-בָא מוֹעֵד
